Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach to preventing, treating, and even reversing diseases, by replacing unhealthy behaviors with positive ones. Our Lifestyles Medicine team consists of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, registered dietitians, health educators, and personal trainers.
