If you’re experiencing loss of mobility and flexibility, this class will teach the principles of how to move more efficiently and minimize injury by working exclusively on flexibility and core strength. All fitness levels are welcome.
This class combines strength and core moves with short intervals of heart pumping HIIT activities. A variety of equipment will be used including weights, bands, balls, and mats.
Spin, row, run/walk, and strength/core for 9 minutes each class period for a total of 45 minutes. This total body experience includes a warm-up and a cool down and is self-paced.
