Bellin Health Fitness offers over fifty group fitness classes, workshops, and programs aimed at improving your mind, body, and spirit. Over eighty-five percent of them are included at no additional cost with your membership. Whether you’re just getting started and looking for gentle exercise or training for a triathlon, Bellin Health Fitness can help you achieve your goals. Active ADults Class

Ashwaubenon and Bellevue

Maintain cardiovascular health and improve strength and flexibility in this fun, low-impact class.
Not only is this a wonderful place to meet friends and support, but the Active Seniors class is designed to help you bring ease to your everyday activities. Come for the movement and music and stay for the friends. This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Cardiopulmonary & Vascular Rehab

Oconto and Bellevue

Designed for anyone who has finished a hospital-based phase II cardiac rehabilitation program and would like to continue in a supervised format. Class includes pre and post workout blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, group warm up and cool down, and personalized exercise prescription. Group Training rates apply.

Silver Circuit

Bellevue and Oconto

This class is designed to your heart rate up and improve functional strength. You’ll also gain a better understanding of how and when to use our Cybex Weight Machines as well as the benefits of resistance training.


Ashwaubenon, Oconto and Bellevue

Have fun amongst friends and groove your way through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and ease activities of daily living. The class focuses on functional strength building exercises utilizing hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Silversneakers® Yoga


Improve flexibility and relieve stress with yoga! Increase circulation, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and overall energy. This yoga class is designed for seniors and individuals with physical limitations. Come warmed up and ready to go! A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Cardio Challenge


Get your heart pumping with this high-energy class that challenges your cardiovascular endurance! Cardio endurance lowers your risk of disease, increases your strength and stamina, strengthens your immune system, helps with weight management and so much more. Modifications are provided for all ability levels.



This powerful, high-energy class is full of kicks and punches that will help you increase strength, improve definition, and work your cardiovascular endurance. Be prepared to have a blast in this calorie-burning, stress-relieving workout!

Move & Groove

Ashwaubenon and Bellevue

Get into the groove and get moving with this Zumba® dance-inspired fitness class. Using fast and slow rhythms, you will have tons of fun while toning your entire body. No experience required and all fitness levels welcome!

The Ride

Ashwaubenon, Bellevue and Oconto

Year-round outdoor cycling without ever going outside! This class offers an amazing cardio workout filled with intervals, hill climbs, speed work, and endurance training, just like a real bike ride. Class participants control the intensity of the ride, while we control the “bumps and curves” in the road.

Gentle Chair Yoga

Restore the body and renew the mind with this gentle yoga that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a wide variety of poses and breathing techniques. This class is appropriate for all abilities, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, you’ll find a relaxing yoga experience in our Gentle Chair Yoga class.

Gentle Chair Stretch

Similar to Gentle Chair Yoga, our Gentle Chair Stretch class places less emphasis on traditional yoga and more on relaxation and stretching. This class is perfect for seniors and those with mobility restrictions, or anyone just looking for a relaxing stretch experience.

Yoga is mind-body exercise that focuses on improving your flexibility, strength, and balance while enhancing and strengthening your posture, coordination, and mental focus. These classes are a great way to relieve stress and leave feeling great.

Yoga Essentials


If you’ve always wanted to give yoga a try, this is the class for you. Appropriate for all experience levels, but especially focused on beginners, you’ll learn basic yoga postures at a slow, mindful pace with a focus on proper breathing techniques and alignment of the body. Props such as block or straps may be used to assist in a posture or to maximize a stretch. This yoga practice develops body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility, and focus.

Yoga Flow


This energizing flow-style yoga class is designed to improve balance, coordination, strength and agility. Participants must be able to flow movements from standing to floor positions to create a fluid total body challenge. Levels vary.

Body Challenge

Boot Camp


The name says it all….lift, shape, and firm your lower and upper body in this high-intensity workout! Using large lower body muscles to burn off calories quickly, these dynamic moves also engage and strengthen your core (abs, lower back, and obliques), as an added bonus!

Fitness Intervals

This class utilizes time-based intervals of work and rest, focusing on improving cardio endurance and muscle strength simultaneously. Challenge yourself as much or as little as you want in this full body workout!



High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart-pumping, aerobic, and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.



Power Endurance Resistance Strength Plyometric Intervals Rest Exhilarated… The title says it all! This class will challenge you as much or as little as you want and feel comfortable with in this full-body workout. Let’s SWEAT!

Performance 4 Life


Performance 4 Life is an ongoing, comprehensive training program geared towards enhancing your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and stability through a variety of weight lifting techniques, plyometric work, and speed and agility drills. Group Training rates apply.

Step & Dynamic Strength

This fast-paced class is guaranteed to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. An awesome workout that includes heart-pumping cardio work on the step, mixed with effective strength and toning exercises for a complete full body workout.

Super Saturday

This nonstop class will offer you a large variety of instructors, class formats, and fitness levels. A combination workout of cardio and strength that may include step aerobics, kickboxing, weights, tubing and more. This is the super workout you’ve been looking for!

Barre Blend


An effective, calorie-burning class that combines ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, yoga, and total body movement. Raise the barre with a workout that will challenge you, inspire you, and leave you feeling strengthened, stretched, flexible, and invigorated! This class is ideal for all fitness levels. Functional Movement

TRX Strength


This non-stop strength-training class is designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck! Improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, core strength, and heart health. TRX exercise develops total body and core strength with every move while allowing you to easily progress through the difficulty of each TRX exercise. Aqua Chronic Pain


Using the 86 degree pool, this workout is designed to use natural buoyancy and relaxation exercises to help reduce chronic pain. This small group class is taught by a personal trainer.

Aqua Hip, Knee, & Back


Discover the benefits of our 86* pool for relieving hip, knee, or back pain. Also beneficial for pre/post-surgery patients, this class is conducted in a small group setting where you learn to use the water as a tool in recovery. We’ll work on strength training, flexibility, balance, body alignment and more to aid you on your journey to lifelong wellness. This class is taught by a personal trainer.

Aqua Personal Training


This specialized exercise program focuses on your fitness goals through low-impact, joint-friendly workouts. Our certified personal trainers will provide you with results-based training and guided workouts for your individual needs.
