Not only is this a wonderful place to meet friends and support, but the Active Seniors class is designed to help you bring ease to your everyday activities. Come for the movement and music and stay for the friends. This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
Get into the groove and get moving with this Zumba® dance-inspired fitness class. Using fast and slow rhythms, you will have tons of fun while toning your entire body. No experience required and all fitness levels welcome!
This class is designed to your heart rate up and improve functional strength. You’ll also gain a better understanding of how and when to use our Cybex Weight Machines as well as the benefits of resistance training.
Have fun amongst friends and groove your way through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and ease activities of daily living. The class focuses on functional strength building exercises utilizing hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Year-round outdoor cycling without ever going outside! This class offers an amazing cardio workout filled with intervals, hill climbs, speed work, and endurance training, just like a real bike ride. Class participants control the intensity of the ride, while we control the “bumps and curves” in the road.
A fun, heart pumping workout on our spin bikes. Spinning is prefect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for yourself. Beginners are welcome at all classes. The instructor will help to fit you to your bike and get you started. Class is 45 minutes long.

Similar to Gentle Chair Yoga, our Gentle Chair Stretch class places less emphasis on traditional yoga and more on relaxation and stretching. This class is perfect for seniors and those with mobility restrictions, or anyone just looking for a relaxing stretch experience.
Yoga is mind-body exercise that focuses on improving your flexibility, strength, and balance while enhancing and strengthening your posture, coordination, and mental focus. These classes are a great way to relieve stress and leave feeling great.
This class combines the best elements of both yoga and barre! Start off with some lower body toning and strengthening moves that will get your heart pumping before bringing it down again as you ground and center your mind with some yoga poses. Balance strength with surrender! Through contraction and relaxation, we build strength and train our muscles to relax. Fusing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles, we create a dynamic and connected series of asana. This offers opportunities to create surrender in each pose while increasing strength, balance, flexibility, overall fitness, and reducing tension and stress. This class will invite participants to add a variety of optional movement with props, blocks, yoga straps, and light hand weights. This class combines strength and core moves with short intervals of heart pumping HIIT activities. A variety of equipment will be used including weights, bands, balls, and mats.
Spin, row, run/walk, and strength/core for 9 minutes each class period for a total of 45 minutes. This total body experience includes a warm-up and a cool down and is self-paced.
