About Me

Exercise is the number one prescribed medication in the world – that is what drove me to become a personal trainer. I enjoy helping people achieve all of the great benefits of movement and strength. Functional strength and mobility are my areas of special interest. The phrase, “Movement is medicine,” is something I live by and communicate to my clients. Through years of experience, I’ve found that this is exceptionally true.  Bellin Fitness offers a great environment to work out in, a clean and inviting atmosphere with lots of daylight, and exceptionally qualified staff who are devoted to helping you achieve your goals.
