About Me
I have always been an active person whether it was sports in high school or finding new ways to challenge myself with ‘fun runs’ such as the Tough Mudder. It wasn’t until a little later in life did it dawn on me that the passion I have for fitness I could use to help others.
My career with Bellin started off with my internship through University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. After graduation I was a strength and conditioning coach for one of the schools Bellin Health works with. After 3 years I transitioned into the fitness center where I continued to use my degree to help those reach their fitness goals.
My specialty is strength and conditioning, but love working with all types of individuals as no one person is the same so there are always new challenges. There is always something new that I learn along the way. There is no better feeling than working with a client and seeing the results of all of their hard work and building that relationship along the way. Being able to connect with people and meet them at their levels helps my clients feel comfortable and engaged in their work outs.
