About Me

I have been a member with Bellin Fitness for many years. Actually, I was a personal training client for many of those years (who trained under an exceptional trainer) and attended countless group fitness classes, which made me fall in love with Bellin Health Fitness.

When I retired, I wanted to fill my life with purpose and passion. That’s why I decided to really dig into the fitness world and become a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Having been through the process of being a personal training client is what makes me different from other trainers. I am currently in my early 60’s and I know what it’s like to be that age and the amount of work it takes to get fit and stay fit.

I love working with people who want to learn, want to get better, and want to get stronger. I use a lot of different equipment in the facility to keep things exciting and that challenge the body differently because the human body is built to adapt!

My fitness philosophy is to find something that you really love to do, and do it! Stop by Bellin Fitness to chat with us, get stronger, and healthier! You’ll end up staying because of the friends you will make and the good times you will have! Nothing matters more than our health, especially as we age.
