I am blessed to have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. My professional fitness journey started when my husband and I opened a small 24/7 gym in a very small town. We eventually were able to expand our offerings and evolve our business of helping our community. What brought me to Bellin was the amazing opportunity of working within a medical fitness system. I wanted to be in a position where I could help people when they need it most in life.
What I really appreciate about Bellin Fitness, is the medical foundation that all of our trainers and programs have. I think that really sets us apart from commercial gyms. Here, you are really going to get the knowledge and the “Why” you should do something, and learn the correct moves to decrease your risk of injury.
My enthusiasm is something I bring to the table. It’s important to me to make fitness fun! I make it a priority to make my clients and members feel at ease and comfortable. Starting a fitness journey at any age can be intimidating and uncomfortable. I really put in the effort to make sure my clients are comfortable and welcome!
Something I always tell my clients about integrating fitness into their lives is that it has to be sustainable. It has to fit into your life and goals. What works for one person, won’t necessarily be appropriate for another. I truly believe fitness is fun! You should come try it out, whether it’s a group fitness class, a fun event, or personal training! You never know unless you give it a chance and I know we can have some fun!
