My passion for being active and helping people organically lead me to become a personal trainer and to help people find their own passions within fitness and leading healthier lives. I hold multiple certifications for special equipment like TRX. My personal passions are cycling and triathlons. My biggest passion though, is helping others to find their own passions within fitness.
I have years of experience within the fitness field ranging from corporate fitness to small gym fitness and the idea of applying my skills to Bellin Fitness, where having a medical and health care foundation integrated into our training, seemed like the best next step for me. It has been one of the greatest decisions of my professional career.
What makes Bellin Fitness stand out is the knowledge of the staff, our wide range of specialties, and our connections with other providers through our neuro, cancer, and weight management care teams. We work very closely together. It is through that team effort we are able to constantly expand our knowledge and expertise even more.
I realize that exercise can feel like a chore. My goal with each of my clients is to talk through your goals, find your passion, and find the fun and enjoyment! Finding that right fit is very important to how I approach training clients. Let’s find what is fun for you!
