About Me
I am so thankful that I started my fitness career later in life. In my 20s I “took a year off of college” but it took about 25 to go back to get my degree in Exercise Science. After fulfilling my dream of being on the radio for a living I really wanted to help people with their health. I have always been an active person. I have loved riding my bike in the dirt since I was 5 and first learned to ride a two-wheeler, my dad also got me into cross-country skiing at a young age too, and I am grateful to still love these life-long sports.
We are all entered in the largest endurance event ever, it’s called life. This is the event that I love to train people for. Whether it’s being able to get down to the floor and back up again so they can play with their grandchildren, or great-grandchildren; being able to walk with their best friend; or throwing snowballs and building a snowman with the whole family at Christmas I want to see more people being active through all of their life.
I believe that everybody has an athlete inside them no matter their age or current movement abilities. At Bellin we can take you from where you are to doing all the things that you want to do yet in your life.
