About Me

My fitness journey started off at a young age; always involved in sports, strength training, and sprinting for many years. In college, I was a student trainer on campus, which lead me to an opportunity for interning at Bellin Fitness. After learning about a different side of fitness – functional movement and corrective exercise – I became intrigued with how we can get the human body to be at its optimal performance no matter what life throws at us.

One of my favorite things about being a personal trainer is when a client reaches a goal that they thought was impossible! I love working with people who want to learn and better themselves through fitness. Not only does exercise have many benefits for your health and body, but you are also lucky enough to build lifelong friendships and connections within the Bellin Fitness Center. We love seeing our members come in everyday ready to workout and get a sweat going, whether it be in the pool or weight room, personal training or group fitness classes, or even playing pickleball with friends.

If you are new to exercise, looking to gain muscle or lose fat, or have had a previous injury or illness that impacted your active life, the Bellin Fitness Center is a great place to get going again! Working with a personal trainer can help give you that guidance, motivation, and confidence you may be looking for. Since our main goal is to help you achieve your goals (and more!), we are ready to get you started on your path to becoming your best self.
