Aqua Kickboxing

A high-energy explosive fun class where you kick, punch, and block your way to total fitness in the pool. Improve endurance, agility coordination, power, balance, core stability, range of motion and posture. Class includes warm-up to adjust to water environment, joint warm-up and movement rehearsal. Blending skill drills and cardiovascular endurance sets. Class concludes with a thorough cool down with dynamic range of motion exercise as well as flexibility moves. No equipment required.
