5 Benefits of Cycling

All too often I come across members/clients that refuse to try a cycling class or to ride the bike because they fear it will be too hard, or their bum may not agree with the seat. Yes, at first the bum will need to adjust to the seat so it may be a little uncomfortable at first, but if you give cycling a chance you will find that it can be a wonderful lower impact cardio workout that can help strengthen muscle at the same time. If you are on the fence about trying a cycling class or going out for a ride when it gets nice out, give it a try. You might be pleasantly surprised.
